Since her childhood, Samantha has always had a profound interest in fitness and wellness. Whether it was swimming, volleyball, or lifting at the gym, Sam was always immersed in an activity to better herself.
Not long after a gym related injury, Sam was unfortunately left to navigate a difficult knee injury. She was introduced to Pilates through a private class at Power Pilates in search of an exercise routine to get her back up and going. She made up her mind after attending a few private classes-She was going to devote herself to the Classical method and learn it inside out, and spread this newfound knowledge with everyone else.
Now, Samantha is a Classical Pilates instructor at Power Pilates. She makes sure each class and session leaves everyone feeling more confident and connected within themselves.
