Alyssa Lemons has been a dancer and performer for her entire life. After graduating from college with a B.S. in Kinesiology Exercise Science, she moved to New York City and started a professional career in both the performing and fitness industries. Alyssa was lucky enough to be hired as a Radio City Rockette and danced with the company for 10 years. While dancing, she became a NASM certified personal trainer, and has been teaching all different fitness modalities for over a decade. Alyssa has always had a love of Pilates, but over the past few years she has grown to appreciate the true power that Pilates has with injury rehabilitation and prevention, as well as overall health and wellness. She is excited to now share that passion with others!
