It has been more than 10 years since Atsko found her love for Pilates. She completed her Graduate Program in March 2020 and earned a Senior Teacher title. After completing the
comprehensive program at Power Pilates, she started teaching Reformer, Tower and
Mat group classes and Private and Semi-Private classes in both English and Japanese.
The more she learned Pilates, the more she realized how versatile and effective Pilates
is for our body and mind. Atsko says, "there are no barriers of age, gender, level of training
and/or physical ability as long as you enjoy Pilates."

Besides teaching Pilates, she enjoys walking in the park and making jewelry.
