How to Teach an Open Level Tower Class

During this workshop you will learn how to keep your multi-level class moving safely as well as challenged at all levels. We will go through exercises from beginner thru the intermediate/advanced level and chart how to layer the exercises to create an effective yet challenging movement experience for all levels at once. Come prepared to move and leave with valuable, usable information for both Tower classes and semi-private situations. Prerequisites: Open to all Instructors with Intermediate apparatus teaching experience.
