A former software engineer, she now blends her thoughtful, detail-oriented mindset with a warm, compassionate teaching style. Her classes encourage mindful movement that supports posture, strength, balance, and overall wellbeing.
Fun fact: her name can be rearranged to spell “Teaser,” one of Pilates’ most iconic exercises!
