Jessica Strom is the co-owner of Elemental, a specialized studio offering Pilates, the GYROTONIC Method, and personalized strength training in the heart of Carmel, Indiana. Jessica & her team of instructors have been teaching athletes of all ages and levels of fitness how to strengthen their core for better power and strength to support the sports and activities they enjoy. Jessica became a Power Pilates Teacher Trainer in 2025.
