Michelle is a dedicated movement teacher and community motivator with over 18 years of experience, known for creating inclusive experiences through movement sessions, wellness events, and retreats. With a BFA in Dance, the creator of Barre Variations and certifications in Power Pilates, YogaWorks, TRX suspension training, and The Roll Model Method, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. Since starting her Power Pilates journey in 2008, under the direction of PP co-founder Bob Leikens, Michelle has developed a deep understanding of its pedagogy and is committed to sharing this legacy with aspiring teachers. As a 3rd generation Pilates instructor, she is passionate about fostering a sense of community. Michelle thrives on bringing people together to share their love for wellness and movement.
